They are an amazing bunch of people, ones we hope we never have to use, but are so grateful they are there if we, or our loved ones need them. good on ya!

I did it!  And it was orrible.  But not snowy, which is good, but really really really cold.....winds blowing across fields into me face as I tried to climb small mountains (gradual hills...felt like mountains) - grimaced me way through and made it in 1hr 3mins, which is a pants time for me but what the h*ll, I DID IT...AND with nipples like chapple hat pegs!!

1/2 marathon sounds less like fun now though.....

Congratulations Mystic, I was thinking of you this morning when I saw all the sleet and snow here.  Its very cold and windy here too, so I wasn't envying you, but you must feel a great sense of achievement.   :D busy_lizzie

Think sense of achievement was drowned out by screaming calf muscles.

Actually was thinking of you loverly lot on the way round, and all goodwill, so you really did make a difference as didnt want to let you all down by being all defeatist and hitching a lift back to the finish  :D

Thanks for all support - you're much appreciated..

Now if someone could only massage me calfses I'd be happy bunny...

;D

WELL DONE Mystic,
Hot water bottle for those aching calf muscles, and very large amounts of alcohol, either rubbed in or (This is better) taken internally.

I dont have a problem with them Suze, just that they've not shown their best side to me in relationships..

Ok then, yes...mostly small boys in big clothes

Most of me mates r boys n love em but wouldnt want to be their girlyfriends...

I like older men, just dont meet many

Hugh, where are you?  Want another for your harem?

So, you are like me

Love older men ............ :-*

Do you also have a penchant for slightly overweight men with glasses?

And beards?
