Title: Dangerous cat
Post by: Borlotti on March 29, 2014, 22:09:12
Dolce, I really love you, but do not appreciate you ripping my fingers to bits.  I am not surprised you have cleared off.  I have a blood dipping to the bathroom and one finger is not too good.  Maybe take you to the vet and get your claws clipped.  Oh well, plenty of TCP and plaster and I will live, and I only stroked you, and I paid for the settee, not you, and I wanted to sit down. You b..stard cat.

I will never understand cats.

Psycho 'appears' to be a very affectionate cat and is more or less glued
to me when I'm at the allotments.  Not just when I'm on my plot, but anywhere on
the site.  She seems to know where I am and will suddenly appear and
rub herself on my legs.  Most of the time she is fine, but then for no reason
and without warning she launches herself at me and scratches my legs.
She hasn't done it to anyone else.

Borlotti, I hope your hand is alright.  Dolce is such a beautiful cat (as is
Psycho) and it must be hard to resist stroking him.

  I second that.

I have a cat which joins me on the plot.  It goes through all sorts of come and pet me actions.  But when I finally get within touching distance it leaps away.  Though I have finally managed to stroke it twice.   It seems to like it and then rolls over and tries to scratch or bite me.  But at least it is keeping the voles under control.

Thank you Borlotti and Betty if nothing else your lovely moggy pictures reminded me that having now moved and found the neighbours also have a pair of mogs
we must visit the puddly tat shelter in Ringwood to see if they have a pair of non scratching variety(famous last words),

It's strange, because I can pick that cat up, dance round the room with it, and it follows me everyway.  But it is a reminder that animals are animals and cannot always be trusted.  He seems to think that settee is his, expect he will want the TV remote control next.

I think you are being too soft on it!
Dont try to move it away, just sit(partly)on it, They soon learn.
