Should I be feeding my autumn sown onions, garlic and cabbages now, and if so what should I use (trying to be organic)?

 Cabbage likes a bit of N now - as onions, I think. Garlic likes N & K.

K is potassium. So what's the easiest way to give them N & K ? Growmore?

Search me!

I just happen to have a box of each. If one goes for a balanced fertiliser, I would think that one wih a high K would be best.
