I have heard that liquer making is quite easy and my particular favourite is
Baileys Irish Cream liquer , does anyone know a good recipe for this and how to make it ??

My mum used to make this every christmas.
half pint single cream
5 desert spoons camp coffee
7 desert spoon condensed milk
2 large eggs
2 wine glasses whisky( or any alchahol, depends on what you like)
whisk thoroughly and refridgerate for at least 24h

Camp coffee is a syrup/liquid ( and loverly added with cold milk to make an iced coffee), is that what your thinking of???

My mates dad is Irish, he makes one exactly the same but with pucchine instead of whiskey (don't now how to spell this!) deadly but delicious!

Mmm thanks, cant wait to try it !! I will let you know how it is !!

If you are a coffee lover, camp is a coffee substitute made from chicory which may not suit all tastes. I prefered to make a syrup using one of the better quality coffee granules when I used to make it.
It is purely a matter of taste.
I do think that the cream liquers for £3 or £4 a bottle from Aldi, Asda etc are good enough not to bother to make them at home now.
