Wilkinsons want possible testers for gardening equipment, etc
Join the Wilkinson TRIALERS Group at the above site.
This is the copy of the email I had.
Hello Everyone,
Unless you have already noticed, there is now a group dedicated to the
Wilkinsons Trialers.
This group has been set-up to accomodate everyone who will be involved in
the trial. Gemma (Wilkos representative on our site) will orchestrate
things from there.
I suggest that everyone who has an interest should log-in at their
earliest convenience and then go to the group and join. Its open to all
members.
After the 14th of this month a list will be displayed in the group showing
who the members who have been selected to take part in the trials are. The
selection process will be based on the top ten contributors between the 1st
and 14th of March. SO GET POSTING and get your freebie to trial from Gemma!

Join the 'Wilkinson TRIALERS Group' its on the main page, chat in latest discussion bit and state what you would like to trial, oh and subscribe in the discussion bit for updates...at least I think that's what we are suppost to do. ;D

Can someone read Big Gee's post and explain it to me. From the post I get that the trials are nothing to do with Wilkinsons and more to do with this guys set up.

I think Gemma is the Wilkinsons representative, offering the trials from and for the site.
The site is seperate from Wilkinsons tho, I think thats Big Gee means.

But when a freebee is dangled in front of me, I loose all sense of shame and morality.
Its amazing what people will do if they think they'll get something free.

Well i joined the site, joined the wilkinson group. Now what? I cant find anything that asks me what I would like to trial. Help please?!

Well seeing as how all you lot have joined, I thought I better do too, so I did. Can't see me winning though, as it's the top ten posters between now and the 14th. Still, you never know, it might even get warm one day....

I think I will be uninstalling it soon.
Apart from a few videos I have found little or no communication between members so I am finding it a bit one sided! :-\

I did not get chosen but then I did not contribute. I could not find anything to contribute to. I like this site because the lastest topics are headlined, and you get a response quickly. Also it is not dominated by experts. Which means you get a delightful range of answers to the same question. Thought I do very much appreciate the experts we do have. I suppose this is confusing for some, but I like it because I can get the standard answers in a book, I like the querky answers to querky questions. And then there is the querky humour, that is brilliant.

I am glad I was not chosen I do not see the point of trialling moneymaker, I already know it is a tasteless waste of space.

It does seem to be a little strange to be trialing moneymaker in this day and age. I don't think they could get any more info about the tomato than they already have. Surely trials are for new products.
