Title: A4A get together 2015

Is it still going ahead and whom is going?  Any suggestions of what food to bring?

Well, I hope it is still on.  John and I have booked accommodation nearby at a caravan site and will be up in the area for a few days. 

Last year we just all brought something to add to the lunch table.  I seem to remember bringing free range egg sandwiches and some salad.  What did you bring last time May?

The date is Sunday 19th July this year so just over two weeks time.

Who else is coming? 

I have just looked at the original thread http://www.allotments4all.co.uk/smf/index.php/topic,78726.20.html and it seems many of the people who attended last year say they will be there again.

I did plan to be there, but money for transport is an issue so it's not looking likely. :(

I am also sorry that I have to cancel.  Son is getting married  shortly after and their needs and time tables are dictating dates that we have to fit around.  You all know how much I was looking forward to coming but I can't shuffle the diary to make everything fit.   :BangHead:   :(

It's still on as far as I'm concerned!

I'm really sorry that Silverleaf and Galina can't come, we will miss you both.

I will be making a cake as usual, but I'm sure whatever anyone brings will be alright.

Let's hope for better weather than we had last year!

I have made a boob, it is usually a Saturday.  I will have to change things round.

I should make it as long as I do not get lost.  I have a stat nav on my phone now so should be plain sailing.  Last year I brought ChrisCross but he has not been posting lately but at least he managed to get me there without a detour.   But I have my own snazzy phone now. :icon_cheers:

I did not think much of Aldridge, so if I do get lost I hope it is somewhere more interesting.
