Title: My greenhouse companion
Post by: Hector on March 12, 2016, 10:05:31: We lost our elderly whippet last year who was my right hand man in the garden.

We were not going to get another dog but then found this wee chap. This is Finn the Keeshond. I had one as a child and so here he is...he particularly likes to help dig borders when I'm digging.

Lol, careful, our German shepherd loves to help in the garden too, digging is one of her favourite activities....unfortunately the results are usually a disaster and have me using some choice words!

He is obsessed with pulling out tussocks of grass and running around...great if couch grass but also suspect this could lead to early unwanted crop harvesting

Super dog..lab right as a button but knows what he wants...dog training classes start in a couple of weeks ;)

Love German Shepherds...had one years ago. He used to steal windfall apples.

I lost my Jakey in November and have two rescue dogs now who are so different despite being the same breeds. Here's to happy times with your new love!

Wee chap likes lounging against my bags of spent hops :) I've since discovered hops are highly toxic to dogs, so we won't be mulching with these any more.

Jeannine, a cuddle from a Keeshond is are to describe. You are right snugly and squidgy.

We are gently distracting him from his love of picking up a flower pot and circling garden at speed :)
