Title: How do I change my profile pic?

My current picture is too wintry, but when I choose another one, the old one won't budge. What am I doing wrong? Thanks! A.

Thank you.  I think I need to change mine.  The egret bird looks a bit snooty.  It came for breakfast on holiday one year.   It was not snooty at all, it was a scrounger.  Totally fearless in pursuit of breakfast.  Like most things particularly fond of omelette, so almost a cannibal.
