Title: Tomato Chutney

Well, I'm getting the tomatoes in before it gets too hot here.  Used this recipe:

with added tbsp. ginger and garlic paste and a shot of paprika for good measure.  Smells goooood.

Green tomato chutney was the only one we had in our house when I was young. Probably due to having a small garden surround by 🏠 s.
