This seems to available in the shops and was very nice when we had some recently. What's it like to grow? I was wondering if it stands longer and better than normal broccoli?

Another question, it appears that tenderstem broccoli is a cross between chinese kale and broccoli. Seeds of Italy sell "cima di rapa"  which looks similar but I don't know if the taste is similar?

Anyone tried both and can compare?

Reasonable amount of fruit, but all small and green on my Moneymakers and Red Verdants; all grown outside but with no sign of sun wondering if anyone is having more success.

Has anyone else noticed this... we are growing more squash and pumpkins and this has meant some follow the onions in our rotation, the ones that are following onions are very slow to establish and far behind their neighbours, raised the same and planted out at the same time...

It seems to have been a good year for it. I have just clipped it hoping for a second show. Very handy this year as I have lost so much weight I keep having to get smaller clothes. Charity shops for jackets etc, give them back when I need a smaller one, run the steamer over them or down the dry cleaners. Most of these clothes are natural fibres, not the cheap far eastern polymer rubbish.  Some like the harris tweed I would like to keep so Lavender bags are being made to keep the moths at bay. Drying it in the conservatory at the moment, the house is in a lavender haze.
