PS - should have given fromage frais as an option, but was too lazy! And yoghurt? - I reckon only Total or M&S will do

It's good, folks!  I make it very much the same as Tim - but gently fry the ginger in very thin slivers first; and I've not added milk before.  I'll try this one too at the weekend.

Few things finer for a cold day!  With some fresh made bread and cheese.
