Title: Ideas fir Di Nizza courgette/squash?

I sowed a packet of mixed courgettes/squash this year and the Di Nizza round variety have grown well but they seem pretty tasteless and very watery. Any ideas for recipes?

They should be eaten when about tennis ball size and are very good for stuffing with meat, rice or vegetable based stuffings made as rich, spicy, herby or light as you like.   This recipe looks interesting - http://almostturkish.blogspot.be/2008/09/vegetarian-stuffed-globe-zucchini.html
