Title: trying to upload photos

Hi, I'm trying to add my first picture to the gallery and I get:- An Error Has Occurred! You need to select a category. --- But in the drop down "select a category" box... there's no choice, Can anyone help please?

Sorry, somehow your post got overlooked.
 
I've just added a trial category for my own gallery as I'd forgotten how!

Try going to your 'My Gallery' , towards the bottom of the page you should be able to see the heading Gallery Admin Panel underneath this click on Add Category which will open a new page for you to add a category, select a description etc.
