Sorry your guy didn't win, manics- it looked like he's done some great work in Wigan- but I think they made the right decision. Didn't like the "X factor" style, though.

I would have liked to see the girl do her show garden as well.

I suppose the point is that they only had the space and materials to create two.

As an eater, I would have liked to see a few food producers in the gardens.  Can't eat a fatsia.     Firethorns too are a pain much better a red currant.  A nice small apple tree in the corner at the back would have been nice.  A few strawberry plants.  A couple of courgettes.  Whoops I think I have already filled the space.

Yes the right person won this.

I think though they all have talent and will develop into experts with further experience.
Young Jamie just starting college will be a force to be reckoned with if he manages to pick up the plant knowledge.
