Title: weed killer
Post by: brownthumb2 on April 07, 2017, 18:35:34
MY new allotment is full of brambles  and raspberries that have got out of hand and spread  so we decided an weed killer was the only way to go  this year    we bought Rosella  or some thing like that it needs diluting But the instructions  are impossible to under stand   Does anyone know  what the dilution rate would be  ?

According to this link it is 3 water to 1 wedkiller

Sorry to interject but this is incorrect and far too strong. The link actually says

Dilution Rate: 1-3L Rosate to 50L water.

That is between 1 part herbicide to 50 of water, and 3 parts herbicide to 50 of water.

Your quite right Beersmith but I was not sure if 1-3 was a third litre

I looked further down the instructions and found  a more manageable mix which is 125ml to 5 litres of water

(125ml of Rosate 36 to 4.88litres of water )

Thanks for pointing it out ........ I should have read the whole instruction manual. :BangHead:
