Title: Alliums

Can someone give me any information on Alliums. Last year I bought some mauve  allium bulbs I cannot remember the name ,with little growing info and now that they have flowered I wondered if I have to lift and store or just leave in the ground , anyone can help

I leave the seed heads as they can look good among the other plants in the bed. Let them die back into the bulbs for next years flowers and just leave them in the ground for next year. Although they will rot if the ground does not drain well, then they will need lifting next autumn.

Plant in pots next feb and place them in the ground when you have a few leaves.
