BB - yours is in the post tomorrow - stand clear when you grate it!! And don't forget that, if you use mayo instead of cream, it'll keep longer and freeze better. = Tim

If you have a food processor, cuts down the crying but, as Tim said, stand well clear when you take the lid off!  ;D ;)
