A nice dry morning, so managed to fill up the latest raised bed with manure, then I got a call saying my water tank was ready to pick up. Managed to get it on the trailer and we man handled it down to the plot. I managed to scrounge a black one in the end. So Guttering and pipes purchased, a few pallets to stand the tank on, but it has now started raining so there's some water missed that could be in the tank. Picked a load of apples that are now in the dehydrator and making the house smell all appley. Mole traps set for another round with the blighters, two or three a week now. I got dragged around to Aldi who are having a clearout, seeds 19p a packet, big galvanised watering cans £7.00, loads of kilner type jars, and the maslin pan she bought last week now half price. Time now for a pint of refreshment, before having liver and onions for tea.
