I use this a lot but use with soft tacos in a wrap with drizzled Greek yoghurt and grated cheese. I like to add a teaspoon or two of Gran Luchito chili paste or some Mushroom Ketchup.
My daughters like it with crisped tacos. I spray them with a small amount of spray oil and drape them over metal grill in oven. The wired shelves in oven are great for this...you can vary the width of the eventual crispy taco by draping over 3 or two wire widths). Oven is at 180). Then cook until golden/ crisp. Makes nice wee pockets.
