Title: Green Tomato Salsa
Post by: Lindsay on September 05, 2008, 16:09:21
I was going to put this on Alishka's thread, but thought it deserved its own. It is delicious, and soooo easy!  Obviously vary the number of chillies depending on how hot you like it!!   :P

GREEN TOMATO SALSA

1 lb green tomatoes
3 chillis
bunch of fresh coriander
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Put all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips, or as a sauce on fish etc

I guess a day or so in the fridge - I always freeze what I don't need in small amounts!
