Sitting here waiting for the surveyor to come tomorrow to examine the property. Hope the report is favourable and the purchaser carries on with it, but I ain't holding my breath.

Good to hear that Caroline. Survey has been done and his final words were "No major issues" so all we can do now is wait to see what happens when he sends off his report.
