Title: Stagnant water
Post by: Lance-allott on September 21, 2005, 22:52:44
Hello all

I have a tap for my hose right next to the lottie which is ideal, obviously. Unfortunately it is secured to a galvanized "sink" which is about 3'Long x 2' Wide x2' Deep. The water contained within is a sickly green, smells awful and is secured to the ground so I can't tip it out.  Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with this problem?

Is there something in particular you want to do with the sink or is it just the case that what with it being green and smelly you are finding it annoying?

If you are to make a "project" out of the sink then there are quite a few topics on here about the best way to go about it.  Helda created a fantastic bog garden from an old sink she had.  Have a look at the link below for some ideas.
