due to the amount of unseasonal rain here on the sunshine coast the shallots have been bulking up nicely

Mine aren't quite that far on but the rain has certainly made a difference.  :wave:

My banana shallots are much better than last year, they hardly bulked up at all in the heatwave....

Will be lifting mine this week, use them as "pickled onions" mainly a bit of a cheat...  :wave:
