Title: Conditioning Turbo cider

Does the aforementioned brew benefit from maturing time in bottles or is it ok to quaff straight from the fernmentation vessel once activity has ceased?

rack it off teh sediment, and leave it for about 30 days is best, but it can be drunk earlier...
