Title: first veg and flower show on our allotment

Hi everyone we are having our first ever show for our allotments next year and could really do with some help and assistance with what we need to do.
We have already decide on what categories we will have, have had donations for cups etc. I have a marquee that we will be using.
Hope to have bbq, tombola, raffle
but am sure something has been left out so all advice would be gratefully recieved
