I brought some carob syrup back from Gozo but don't have much idea what to do with it! Does anyone have any recipes, please?

Not met carob syrup, have used the powder. You use it like cocoa tastes somewhat like chocolate. My son used to make lovely 'chocolate' sponge xmas logs.

If you can find a recipe for Pastelli,just replace the honey with carob syrup ...now that is delish.....we have it every time we
go to Cyprus.
