Thought I would come out of hibernation long enough to send you all seasonal greetings from the wife and I and those two guys stood out in my back garden.
We would also like to wish you all the best for 2017 and hope at least it is a better growing year.
Based on todays weather nothing has changed! I think you will all agree that 2016 has been a bit of a mixed bag.
Up here in the wild and wooly north it is warmer today than it was in May.
It would be nice to look at my garden in this way again, hopefully January will come up with the goods.

I am, as always, optimistic that we will get a good growing year with plenty of warm weather for 2017. Most years though I am very disappointed!

Season's greetings to you two too, lovely picture- it must be the season of good will as I smiled at the vine weevils in the compost yesterday! They have a reprieve until 2017!
