They are lovely.  I have about 8 growing and would love them in the house but can never bring myself to cut them though!

we've got that many of them this year, they are falling into the paths so i thought I'd bring the 'broken' bits home  ;D

Hope I do better next year with the help of the seeds you sent me :)) Would be nice to take some to the cemetery and some for indoors, here's hoping :)

wow!   I think they're absolutely beautiful - just love those colours - what variety are they please - are they the very tall ones or shorter? :-\

they're a mixture, hp..lidl's best, all the autumn colours, 19p per packet, some grew to 8feet tall,
, the plain yellow ones, they're supposed to be giant, grew to max 6 feet, last years were 12 feet,
don't know where the lemon yellow one came from and we had some self seeded ones which were multi headed, about 4 feet tall, hope that helps  ??? ;D
ope you can keep the slugs and snails away, lorna, I'd love to see piccies of lots of sunflowers for you  :)
