Blackened fatsia leaves
« on: May 19, 2005, 21:12:38 »
The very tips of the leaves just beginning to unfurl on my fatsia are a deep black.  We've had the odd frost and some very cold winds - and I know fatsias don't like wind - so is one of these likely to be the culprit?  In some ways I hope so cos then it won't be some awful pest or disease  :(

Thanks for any help.

Thanks Baggy.  It's sulking a bit at present but I'm sure will perk up eventually - it always has before.

I've got the green one.  Actually I have some babies off of my mum's green one.  Either that or it is grand children from the babies (which my sister has).  They stay out all year and have been shifted from pot to border and back etc.  I'm in Kent and they seem to be infallible here.
