Posts for Rasberries?
« on: May 20, 2005, 14:50:37 »
Hi,
I have some Raspberries coming up very nicely and think I should now put the posts in to start tying the Raspberries on. I am thinking Metal Chain posts ( easy to hammer into the ground, already predrilled holes). However I'm having trouble finding them. Wickes do them for £9 each, a bit expensive I thought ( I want 6).

Can anyone help me out please? Where do I go and how much should I be paying? Thanks,

Aussie Chick

G'day. You could try Wilkinsons. I am thinking of 'doing' raspberries next year and noticed recently that my local (large) branch stocked two sizes of metal (i think) posts with 3 sets of adjustable hoops through which wire or whatever could be strung. I thought that I might get some for next year?
