Wohooo!
It's not been put in the 5 gallon cask for secondary fermentation. Will be ready to rock in 2 weeks or so. I might leave it for 6 though, if I can avoid the temptation. I shared a glass with Sally (Hippychick) my wife, and it tasted spot on. It should only get better :)
