what is the best way to cook a wood pigeon? i've had a few ideas but i need some more, there is loads of them in my garden.

You can have a few off my plot too if you would like, they would come ready stuffed with brassicas!! ;D
I would imagine Hugh Fernley Whittingwhatsit would have a recipe, I will take a look in his book, and let you know.
