Great offer that. Just subscribed to get my seeds. Only thing is having to choose between flowers or veg. Would have rather not been forced to choose like that.

Speaking of free seeds does anyone get Amateur gardning magazine with their free seeds every week?

Or is an RHS member and taken part in their distributoin scheme.

Yes from me on both counts   :D

Thanks EJ

No not yet. Thoughmy order was a bit last minute, so its probably at the bottom of their list to do! Never mind It'll be worth waiting for. Trying some different things that you cant get elsewhere, like ornamental grasses etc

Whats the monthly one flower? I've got garden answers and GW magazine this month. GA has free seeds this month. 'Mcanna' aquilegias and 'star of the veldt'.

O well i wouldnt expect a true lottie to buy anything other than a kithcen garden magazine. GA tends to be abit 'light' and designerish.

What were the grass seeds in gardens monthy?  I've never got that one.

Oh lovely. Have you sown any yet? Should look great in the garden.

I like grasses. am a recent convert to their delights after being initialy sceptical about them.  I already have Miscanthus, Molina and Festuca.  Love to have some stipas and carex too

The postie arrived yesterday while I was in the shed sowing my five different varities of tomatoes, and guess what - oh another packet of tomatoes (aqui drops sarcasm as they are, afterall, free!) If I have room I'll probably sow some later in spring - I can never have too many tomatoes!

Well Iam pleased to report my seeds arrived this morning.

Not though quite what I was hoping for. I picked flower seeds rather than veg, since i didnt want any more veg seeds this year (and as i only grow what i like the pot luck nature of the offer didnt appeal).

So I have ended up with cornflower seeds (snap, Mimi!), a hardy annual i like and have grown before, but i already have plenty of seed! Still they will keep an d i might be able to grow a few more than last year.

Slight disapointment though. I was hoping for something different.  Still ther might be more offers in the future so i will have to wait and see.
