Feeder fish

What are they?   ???

Ive had 2 ponds for about 8 years now and know nothing about them at all.  :-[   Time to start learning methinks.

No I read somewhere here about 'feeder fish 'in someones pond and Ive read it somewhere else too.  Something to do with small goldfish I think.  ???

I'll go see if I can find the reference on here.

Cant find anything here so I went a-googling. It seems they are fish used as live food for other fish. Usually goldfish are used as feeders.  :(
