all a bit late this year
« on: May 31, 2021, 08:45:57 »
But things will get better now. Extra insurance in place after getting the morris team up and dancing a fertility dance at the allotments and a late wassail for the apple trees. First time out dancing for 16 months so the magic should be potent with 'speed the plough' played as the music. We all took a covid test earlier in the day and with extra length to the sticks socially distanced dances were adapted up for the occasion. The weather was perfect as well.

And that the fertility dance works too.

Even if it didn't, I expect the recycled real ale would have the same effect!

Love the idea of extra-long sticks.

You can always find a use for extra long sticks... on an allotment, once you've finished!
