Raspberry leaf problem

Our daughter who lives in Leeds has sent us these photos of her raspberry leaves, asking what should she do. They are newish plants, bought at the most two years ago, autumn fruiting. Any advice much appreciated.

Looks like Raspberry Rust to me.
There is lots of advice on line to choose from regarding treatments, here is one version to be going on with;
