Blueberries any hope

One of my blueberries in a pot has not been watered enough and some leaves have gone red and are falling off.
Is it likely to come back next year?

Yes, in all probability. Autumn has come early for it. Rehydrate and keep moist(not flooded!) through to spring. Good luck!
