I've joined this group because I've just re-erected my Crittall Goodlife Special greenhouse and when I was on the net searching for spares this site appeared.
I got the greenhouse off a work-mate in 1988, he'd moved into a house with it in the garden and he didn't want it. It cost me a bottle of his favourite tipple.
I used it until 2004 when I dismantled it to make way for a shed.
For a couple of years I've been saying I'm going to put it to use again and now I've actually re-erected it. I've lost a few panes of glass in the meantime and some of the struts required new holes being drilled in the ends but it's up.
The PVC door seals are now hard and brittle and the glazing seal has deteriorated with age too.
Has anyone found a suitable replacement for the door seals? They slide over the profile of the aluminium extrusion, I was wondering if there is something made by another manufacturer that would slide into the groove on the extrusion.
Any help appreciated.
