New friend

Our dog has been in mourning for his friend who recently passed away. But he has started eating again and getting protective for his new chum.

Going to need a bigger cushion soon!   Lovely to see them snuggled up and hope they become best of friends.

What lovely dogs and it's so good to see that they are getting on so well.

Come t o thonk of it, she probably doesn't realise how big she is now.  We have a rescue Labrador, now 9 or 10 yrs old whose first home was with a Jack Russell cross and a Bichon Frisé.  18 kilos of malnourished and never exercised dog when we got him and now, at 35 kilos and well muscled he still thinks he's a lap dog!
