Monday's Telegraph also had a good obituary for him.

I still miss SuperSprout.

There is a nice piece about him in the Express.  No pay wall.

Though they got the picture caption wrong he is the tall guy in the middle at the back.

I'll really miss Tim, always so willing to give his excellent advice and a gentleman to boot. Very sad news.
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

I amvery late with this. I am so sorry to heat that time has left us. He was a wonderful man amd I loved to read what he posted. I was particularly fond of him as he chatted with my husbnad periodically as he was also ex  RAF  and it made Johns day.

I can only think of him up there among the clouds

God Bless you Tim, I hope so much you find lots of old friends there, including my John

Sorry for posting late on this thread. I have not been around on the forum for a while and I have just noticed this. I am very sorry to hear that Tim has sadly passed away. He was a great help to many budding allotmenteers and gardeners including myself. He will be very sadly missed.

Very.
What an awesome man.
I loved the pictures he posted, the meals he cooked, that wonderful greenhouse full of tomatoes, his stories and just his essence of life.
