Sloe Whisky

Didn't have any gin when the sloes were ripe and so I tried a sloe whisky recipe. WHAT A GREAT DRINK! A bit like port. Lovely colour. Will be foraging for sloes next year. Lovely Christmas tipple and I am tippling right now.
