Publishin annual reports, AGM minutes etc

It has long been a wish of mine to ensure the proceedings of our committee is open by making our annual reports to our parish council and our AGM minutes public.  In the last week or two that has been achieved, viz

So I have various folders on google drive each of which is public at this page and when I want something published I just add the PDF to the relevant folder.

(When I took over being chairman I scanned in all the old minutes as searchable PDFS etc so I have been able to provide a lot of old info easily this way.)
