Its the first really good downpour since the end of May!  Mostly drizzle yesterday.   I had fed my blackcurrants with BFB and it was still there so I went out yesterday evening to wash it into the soil.   

I hope there will be enough rain not to leave a dry patch down below in the soil. 

Then we a due for several days of wall to wall sunshine, though some nippy mornings.
I miss the large newspapers, for throwing over things to keep them warm.

Hopefully the mole will go away.
