Pickling vinegar
« on: September 22, 2018, 12:15:15 »
Am I ok to use the vinegar I have left over from last year (dated 10/2019). Or would you recommend new now it's been open for a year?

Should be fine - I often use already opened vinegars for chutneys.

Vinegar is wine or fruit juice that has 'gone off' already, it can't go off any more (going off in a good way not spoilt - it is a preserved product).
