Just back from the allotment, cut down some grass and dug up some weeds. Didn't do too much, then cut my hand so came home to wash it. Got one strawberry, before the birds or it is stolen. My £124.30 strawberry which I paid this year for the allotment, but hopefully more to come. Have started much too late this year, but gooseberry bush is doing very well, without any help from me.
