Not laying?

We have two hens and one has not come back to laying after the winter.  The other is fine and back to 5-6 a week.
The none layer seems healthy although her comb is a little pale - can't see any mites or obvious signs of distress.  She did lay until late in the winter so I am hoping she is just a little out of season.

Any thoughts?
