No female flowers on my squashes
« on: August 05, 2017, 23:59:48 »
I have a couple of squash of some sort and a couple of turks turban type pumpkins on the allotment.

Thus far I've not had a single female flower on any of them. They are growing happily, the courgettes are going like stink as usual, my neighbour has pumpkins setting, so I am at
a loss as to why.

Any bright ideas, anyone?

Cheers,

Adrian

Well, it seems that the solution is to ask here for ideas because, finally, today there are several set female flowers.

ABout time!

the males usually appear first... then the females as you have seen.
