Isn't the Lakeland one at £47.99 exactly the same as the one from Kitchencraft  (via Amazon) at £26.24?
They look the same and are the same size with encapsulated bases etc...

You're right they do look very similar, although the more expensive one has a black side handle rather than a stainless steel one. Must make all the difference!

Found a good one on sale via Amazon in France - 68€ plus p&p.  Amazon UK do the Maslin for 35€80 inc p&p.   Doh!   Should arrive Monday.   Good, as we have a tree full of Mirabelle plums and OH has his eye on wild blackberries we see on walkies.
