I have loads of runners this year. Some have already rooted in 3" pots and I've anchored more today. When is the best time to plant them out please? They will be planted in containers.

Some years ago I took the advice to peg into 1 litre pots. Kept watered and fed, Then in about September I separate and plant out, they fruit well the next year
