Oh no! I liked the sound of these and started searching. Have found Thomas Etty seeds, that I hadn’t been aware of before now. Trying to hold back on more purchases!

Just buy the ones for eating and sprout them yourself if you want to give it a go, you can eat most to see if you like them and save some to sprout and grow on.

I agree Horchata de chufa is lovely, but from my harvest last year, the space and effort required to grow enough for even one drink of it seems like far more of a faff than I'm prepared to go through again!
